These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Eye for Boudoir website and services. By accessing our website or booking a photography session, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Eye for Boudoir provides professional boudoir photography services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Booking and Payment

When you book a photography session with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Pay the required deposit (25% of the total booking fee) and any remaining balance as specified
• Arrive on time for your scheduled session
• Follow any instructions or guidelines provided by our team

All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and are subject to change without notice. A 25% deposit is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your session. We accept bank transfer, card payments, and cash. Payment terms will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

Age Requirement

All clients must be 21 years of age or older. We will verify your age before confirming your booking.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation and rescheduling policies, including any applicable fees, will be communicated at the time of booking. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

Intellectual Property

All photographs taken during your session remain the property of Eye for Boudoir unless otherwise agreed in writing. You will receive a license to use the images as specified in your package or agreement. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of the photographs is prohibited.

Use of Images on Website and Marketing: Any photographs displayed on our website, social media, or in marketing materials are used only with your explicit written permission. We will never use your images publicly without your prior written consent. If you have given permission and later wish to withdraw it, please contact us and we will remove your images from our website and will not use them in any future marketing materials, social media posts, or advertising campaigns.

Limitations on Revocation: Please be aware that once physical materials (such as printed albums, wall art, sample albums, or other physical products) have been produced or delivered to you or a third party, we cannot recall, destroy, or revoke these physical items. Additionally, social media posts and advertising campaigns that have already been published cannot be deleted or removed from social media platforms or advertising networks. If digital images have been shared, downloaded, or distributed by you or others, we cannot control or revoke copies that may exist outside of our systems. We will remove your images from our website and will not use them in any future marketing materials, social media posts, or advertising campaigns upon request, but cannot guarantee removal of all copies that may have been distributed, destroy physical materials that have already been produced, or delete social media posts or adverts that have already been published.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Be respectful and professional during your session
• Follow all safety guidelines and instructions
• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other clients if applicable
• Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eye for Boudoir shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
