A session built around you
Every session is different because every person is different. There's no fixed script or checklist. We shape the day around what you want from it and how you're feeling when you arrive.
Most sessions run for two to three hours, though we never watch the clock! If you need more time to warm up, we take more time. If you're in your stride and want to keep going, we keep going.
Below is the flow of a typical experience; but treat it as a guide, not a contract.
Booking
Choose a date and time that suits you. A 25% deposit secures your session, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your session date.
Pre-session consultation
A 30-minute introductory video call to get to know each other, talk through your vision and answer any questions. This is our chance to get to know each other and discuss your hopes for the day. There's no pressure - this call is about making sure you feel comfortable and looking forward to your experience.
Arrival
When you arrive, we'll offer you a drink and take time to settle in. You'll never feel rushed because we don’t rush.
The session
We start with whatever feels most comfortable and work at your pace throughout. We offer guidance suited to your wishes and check in regularly. You're always in control. Once we have finished photography, we check our images and then you are free to get on with your day!
Preview gallery
Within 7 days of your session, you'll receive your own private online gallery to view your images. Once you have chosen your favourite images, we take your feedback and make the finishing touches with our expertise.
Final images
Within 21 days, you will be the proud owner of your own boudoir portfolio! You will have fully edited, high-resolution images available via a private download link.
Privacy & care
Your images are stored securely and never shared publicly without your explicit permission.
Practical tips
What to bring
Outfits are personal - bring whatever makes you feel like yourself. A few options are better than one! Lingerie, a favourite shirt, a silk robe, or nothing at all - it's your choice. We also have a small selection of accessories on hand if needed.
Hair & makeup
Entirely up to you. Some clients arrive fully styled, others do their hair and makeup when they get here - we have time, space and a good mirror available. There's no right or wrong approach; do whatever helps you feel most like yourself.
On the day
It can be helpful to ensure you are hydrated and have eaten prior to the session. Do feel free to bring snacks! Avoid anything that leaves marks on your skin (tight waistbands, socks) for a couple of hours beforehand. Most importantly, don't put pressure on yourself to feel a certain way when you walk through the door. We accept and admire you as you are. Our job is to ensure you feel fantastic throughout – leave that to us!
First-time Boudoir
Almost all of our clients have never had a boudoir photography experience before. That is absolutely fine and welcomed. Our consultation call exists for this reason! We ensure that we know each other prior to arrival.

Your images are stored securely and will never be shared publicly or used in any marketing without your explicit written consent. Many of our clients are private people who trust us with something personal. That trust is something we take seriously, and it's never broken.
Yes, we provide professional retouching to enhance your natural beauty - smoothing skin, adjusting lighting, and ensuring you look your absolute best. We maintain a natural look and never over-edit. You'll still look like you, just the most radiant version of yourself.
We start with a 30-minute video call consultation where we get to know each other and discuss your vision. The session itself typically takes 2-3 hours (depending on your package). You'll receive a private preview gallery within one week, and your fully edited images within three weeks of your session.
We understand the desire for support, but we've found that clients are more relaxed and confident when it's just the three of us. Having someone else present can create self-consciousness. However, we're happy to discuss your specific situation during your pre-session video call consultation.
A 25% deposit is due upon booking to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the session.
