Our refund and cancellation policy

Introduction
This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellations for Eye for Boudoir photography services. Please read this policy carefully before booking a session.
Cancellation by Client
More than 14 Days Before Session
If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before your scheduled session date, you will receive a full refund of any payments made, minus any non-refundable deposit that was clearly communicated at the time of booking.
7-14 Days Before Session
If you cancel your booking between 7 and 14 days before your scheduled session date, you will receive a 50% refund of the total booking fee, or the full amount minus the non-refundable deposit, whichever is greater.
Less than 7 Days Before Session
If you cancel your booking less than 7 days before your scheduled session date, no refund will be provided. However, we may, at our discretion, offer to reschedule your session to a future date, subject to availability.
Rescheduling
We understand that circumstances may change. If you need to reschedule your session, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Your 25% deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date with at least 48 hours' notice before your originally scheduled session.
- Rescheduling requests made more than 14 days before the session are free of charge
- Rescheduling requests made 7-14 days before the session may incur a rescheduling fee
- Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the session may not be possible and will be subject to availability
Cancellation by Eye for Boudoir
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your session due to circumstances beyond our control (such as illness, equipment failure, or unforeseen circumstances), we will:
- Provide you with as much notice as possible
- Offer to reschedule your session at no additional cost
- Provide a full refund if rescheduling is not possible or not desired
Refund Processing
If you are entitled to a refund, we will process it within 14 business days of receiving your cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
Partial Refunds
In some circumstances, we may offer partial refunds for services that have been partially completed. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and will be clearly communicated to you.
No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend your scheduled session without prior notice, no refund will be provided. We may, at our discretion, offer to reschedule your session, subject to availability and payment of a rescheduling fee.
Special Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you have a valid reason for cancellation that falls outside our standard policy (such as medical emergencies or bereavement), please contact us to discuss your situation. We will review each case individually and may offer more flexible terms.
